Welcome to Curves & Core. Each workout has been timed and fine tuned by myself, and follows a consistent split for the entire 4 week program that can be done either in the gym or at home. The only equipment you'll need are dumbbells, bands, & a bench. By concentrating on certain muscle groups and strategically incorporating rep variation, drop sets and progressive overload, this program is beneficial for beginner to advanced based on how heavy you lift.
